Answer:

3x² - 5x + 2 = 0

divide whole equation by 3

x² - 5/3x = - 2/3

now add square of half of coefficient of x both sides.

we get

x² - 5/3x + (5/6)² = (5/6)² - 2/3

(x-5/6)² = 25/36 - 2/3

(x-5/6)² = (25-24)/36

(x-5/6)² = 1/36

(x-5/6) = ±1/6

x = 5/6 ± 1/6

x = 6/6. or x = 4/6

x = 1. or. x = 2/3

thus roots = 1 and 2/3

hope this will help you
