Given : 3x-y=1, 6x-2y=5

To Find : Solve using graphical method

Solution:

3x-y=1

6x-2y=5

3/6 = -1/-2  ≠ 1/5

Hence parallel lines no solution

Using graphic methos

3x-y=1

x         y

-1        -4

0        -1

1          2

Plot points are draw a line passing through these

6x-2y=5

x         y

-1        -5.5

0        -2.5

1          0.5

2         3.5

Plot points are draw a line passing through these

Note that both lines are parallel
