Final Answer : x = -1 , y=-5

Steps:
1) We will make graph of these two given lines by finding at least two points on each line.
In 3x-y=2 ,
When x = 0 , y = -2
When y = 0 , x = 2/3 =0.66
We will join these two points to get straight line graph.

2) In 2x-y=3 ,
When x = 0 , y = -3
When y = 0 , x = 3/2 =1.5
Similarly ,we will produce this line in same graph.

3) Then, we will observe point of intersection of these two lines.
That point will be the solution of the simultaneous equation.
On looking at graph, that point will be x = -1 , y = -5
