3x -y =3 -> (1)

9x -3y =9 -> (2)

From (1) we obtain ,

3x -y =3

y = 3x -3 (3)

Putting the value of y in equation (2)

9x - 3y =9

9x -3(3x-3) =9

9x -9x +9 =9

9=9

Hence, the equation has infinite possible solution.
