Answer

  • 3x+y-5=0--------------(i)
  • y=5-3x-----------(ii)

  • 2x-y-5=0-------(iii)

put y=5-3x in the equation (iii)

we get that,

  • 2x-y-5=0
  • 2x-(5-3x)-5=0
  • 2x-5+3x-5=0
  • 5x-10=0
  • 5x=10
  • x=10/5
  • x=2

put the value of x=2 in the equation (ii)

we get that,

  • y=5-3x
  • y=5-(3×2)
  • y=5-6
  • y=-1

\thereforeThe value of x=2 and y=-1
