HERE IS THE PROCESS DEAR

Q. ( 3X + Y -5) ( 3X -Y- 5)

= {3x + (y -5)} {3x - (y-5) }

= (3x) ² - ( y-5)²

= 9x² - (+(5)²-2×y×5)

= 9x² - -25 + 10y

(here you are thinking that the signs are change but just remind that if there is minus sign before bracket then the sign in the bracket will also change)
