3x+y=8 , 5x+y=10 by cross product method

2x+y−5=0

3x+2y−8=0

Using cross multiplication method, we get

b1c2−b2c1x=c1a2−c2a1y=a1b2−a2b11

2x=+1y=11

So, x=2 and y=+1
