3x² + 7x + 3x + 7 = 0
x(3x + 7) + 1(3x+7) = 0
(3x+7) (x+1) = 0
x = -1 or x = -7/3

or, 3x² +3x + 7x +7 = 0
or, 3x(x +1) + 7(x + 1) = 0
or, (x+1)(3x+7) = 0
or x = -1 or -7/3 (Ans).....
