3x²-8x+3=0
=>x²-8/3x+3/3=0
=>x²-2 × x ×4/3 +(4/3)²-(4/3)²+1=0
=>(x-4/3)²=(4/3)²-1
=>(x-4/3)²=16/9-1
=>(x-4/3)²=16-9/9
=>(x-4/3)²=7/9
=>x-4/3=±√7/9
=>x=4/3±√7/9
=>x=4/3±√7/3
=>x=4±√7/3
=>x²-8/3x+3/3=0
=>x²-2 × x ×4/3 +(4/3)²-(4/3)²+1=0
=>(x-4/3)²=(4/3)²-1
=>(x-4/3)²=16/9-1
=>(x-4/3)²=16-9/9
=>(x-4/3)²=7/9
