3x² - y² + z² - 2xy - 4xz

We can rearrange this expression like below,

= 3x²  - 2xy - y²+ z² - 4xz

= (3x²  - 2xy - y²) + z² - 4xz

= (3x + y) (x-y) + z(z-4x)
