34. 'Having two sets of genes in the germ cells is not possible'. Clarify this statement
with reasons.​

Answer:

The haploid genes of a single parent are fuses to form a diploid zygote. A single set of gene is formed from the two copies. The germ cell which is generally diploid in nature which dones meiosis to form haploid gametes.
