Answer:

3x^4-3x^3-13x^3+13x^2+13x^2-13x-3x+3=0

=>(x-1)(3x^3-13x^2+13x-3)=0

=>(x-1)(3x^3-3x^2-10x^2+10x+3x-3)=0

=>(x-1)(x-1)(3x^2-10x+3)=0

=>(x-1)(x-1)(3x^2-9x-x+3)=0

=>(x-1)(x-1)(x-3)(3x-1)=0

x=1,1,3,1/3 are 4 roots

from which two roots are equal which is 1
