3 {x}^{4}  - 6 {x}^{2} {a}^{2}  + 3 {a}^{4}
 = 3({x}^{4}  - 2 {x}^{2} {a}^{2}  +  {a}^{4} )
= 3 (x^2 - a^2)^2

= 3 { (x + a)(x - a) }^2

= 3 (x + a)(x + a)(x - a)(x - a)

Answer:

Answer is

3( x⁴ - 2x²a² + a⁴ )

3(x² - a² )

3{( x+ a ) ( x - a ) }

3 ( x + a ) ( x - a ) ( x + a ) ( x - a )
