\huge\underline{ \underline{ \bf{ \blue{ \: solution \: : =  }}}}

 \bf \frac{3y}{3}  -  \frac{5x}{3}  =  - 2

 \bf \frac{y}{2}  +  \frac{x}{3}  =  \frac{13}{16}

  \bf- 5x + 3y =  - 6..............(1) \\  \bf \: 16x + 24y = 39...............(2)

Multiply both sides of the equation by -8

 \bf40x - 24y = 48 \\  \bf16x + 24y = 39

Substituting. the given value of x into the equation -5x+3y=-6

 \bf - 5 \times  \frac{87}{56}  + 3y =  - 6

 \bf{ \boxed{ \fbox{ \purple{y =  \frac{33}{56} }}}}
