3y +  \frac{4}{2}  - 6y =  \frac{ - 4}{ \:  \: 10}  \\  = 3y + 2 - 6y =  \frac{ - 2}{ \:  \:  \: 5}  \\ 3y - 6y =  \frac{ - 2}{5}  - 2

 - 3y =  \frac{ - 2 - 10}{5}  \\ \\   - 3y =  \frac{ - 12}{5}  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \\ y =  \frac{ - 12}{5}  \times  \frac{1}{-3}  =  \frac{4}{5}
