now we take out the value of x from this eq

x=13/2-y say it 1

now take first equation from question

3y/-5x/3=-2

9y/-5x=-2

9y=10x

now put 1

9y=10(13/2-y)

9y=65-10y

19y=65,y=65/19

x=13/2-y. from 1

x=13/2-65/19 =247-130/38 =117/38
