EXPLANATION :

 {4}^{ - 1}  -  {3}^{ - 3}  +  {6}^{ - 2}

  = \frac{1}{4}  -  \frac{1}{ {3}^{3} }   +  \frac{1}{36}

  = \frac{1}{4}    -   \frac{1}{27}  +  \frac{1}{36}

  = \frac{27  \: -  \: 4  \: + \: 3 }{108}

 =  \frac{26}{108} ....ans

final ans is (13 / 54).
