  • As per the data given in the question, we have to find the value of the expression.

       Given data:-4\frac{1}{8}+2\frac{3}{8}..

To find:- the value of given expression.

        Solution:-

  • Firstly we convert mixed fraction into improper fraction.
  • We will take the LCM of the denominators, and make denominators the same.
  • We will Convert the given fractions to equivalent fractions with the denominator as the LCM.
  • Adding the numerators over the denominators.

       Therefore,

          =4\frac{1}{8}+2\frac{3}{8}\\=\frac{33}{8}+\frac{19}{8} \\=\frac{33+19}{8} \\=\frac{52}{8}\\=\frac{13}{2}.

Hence, the value will be \frac{13}{2}.
