For this sum, we have to follow the method, stating bellow:-

The nth term for the given sequence is 2n^2 + 3n - 1.———— ((1))

Let us put n=1 in ((1))

then we have 2 ×(1)²+3×1–1

                       =[  2+3–1]

                        =4

Put n=2 in ((1)) then we have[ 2×(2)²+3×2–1]

                                               =[8+6–1]

                                                =13.

Put n=3 in ((1)) then we have  [2×(3)²+3×3–1]

                                              = [18+9–1]

                                              =26.

Now let,s put n = 4

then we have ,[ 2× ( 4 )²+ ( 3×4)-1]

                        ⇒ [(2×16 + 12)-1]

                        ⇒( 32 + 12) -1

                         ⇒(44-1)

                        ⇒43

Now let,s put n= 5

then we have ,[ 2× ( 5 )²+ ( 3×5)-1]

                      ⇒ [ (2 × 25) + 15 -1]

                      ⇒[ (50 + 15 )-1]

                     ⇒( 65 -1)

                      ⇒ 64

n= 6

then we have ,[ 2× ( 6 )²+ ( 3×6)-1]

                      ⇒[(2× 36) + 18 -1]

                      ⇒[ (72 + 18)-1]

                      ⇒( 90 -1)

                      ⇒89

Hence the missing number will be 64.

4,13,26,43,64,89

Ans :- The missing number will be 64.
