Answer a=31 and b= -8

Explanation:    \frac{4-\sqrt{15} }{4+\sqrt{15} }

Rationalise the following

multiply the numerator and denominator by (4-\sqrt{15})

you will get \frac{(4-\sqrt{15}) ^{2} }{(4+\sqrt{15})*(4-\sqrt{15})  }

(16+15-8\sqrt{15})/(4^{2} -\sqrt{15} ^{2})

=31-8\sqrt{15} compare it with a+b\sqrt{15}

Thanks I hope it is clear now
