 \frac{4 - 2(z - 4)}{3}  =  \frac{1}{2} (2z + 5)

 \frac{4 - 2z + 8}{3}  =  \frac{2z + 5}{2}  \\  \frac{12 - 2z}{3}  =  \frac{2z + 5}{2}  \\ 24 - 4z = 6z + 15 \\ 10z = 9 \\ z =  \frac{9}{10}
