4( { {2x}^{ - 3} )}^{2}  - (2x - 3) + 14 = 0 \\ 4  \times (2x {)}^{ - 6 }  - 2x + 3 + 14 = 0 \\ 4 \times  \frac{1}{( {2x})^{6} }  - 2x + 17 = 0 \\  \\   \frac{4}{ {(2x)}^{6} }  - 2x + 17 = 0 \\  \\  \frac{4}{2x \times 2 x\times2x \times 2x \times 2x \times 2x }  - 2x  \\ =  - 17 \\  \\  \frac{1}{16 {x}^{6} }  - 2x =  - 17 \\
