Solution:

सहस्रव स्थानचे अंक = 4

दशक स्थानचे अंक = 2

3+2P = 4

=> 2P = 1

=> P = 1/2

=> P = 0.5

5+3Q  = 2

=> 3Q = - 3

=> Q = -1

P = 0.5
