( \frac{4}{3} )^{ - 4}  \times( \frac{4}{3} )^{ - 5} = ( \frac{4}{3} )^{ - 3x}  \\ or \:  \: ( \frac{4}{3} )^{ - 9}  = ( \frac{4}{3} )^{ - 3x}  \\ ( \frac{4}{3} )^{ - 3.3}  = ( \frac{4}{3} )^{ - 3x}

Now, comparing both sided, we get x = 3.
