4 - 4(x - 5)=2(2 - x) - 6

4 - 4x + 20 = 4 - 2x - 6

- 4x + 24 = - 2x - 2

- 4x + 2x = - 2 - 24

- 2x = - 26

x = 13

Answer:

given that 4-4(x-5)=2(2-x)-6

= 4-4x+20 = 4-4x -6

= 24 -4x =-2x-2

= 24 + 2 = -2x-4x

= 2x = 26

= x = 26/2 = 13

x = 13
