ਪੰਡਿਤ ਵਿਸ਼ਨੂੰ ਦਿਗੰਬਰ ਪਲੂਸਕਰ (18 ਅਗਸਤ 1872 - 21 ਅਗਸਤ 1931) ਇੱਕ ਹਿੰਦੁਸਤਾਨੀ ਸੰਗੀਤਕਾਰ ਸੀ। ਉਸਨੇ ਭਜਨ ਰਘੂਪਤੀ ਰਾਘਵ ਰਾਜਾ ਰਾਮ ਦਾ ਅਸਲ ਸੰਸਕਰਣ ਗਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ 5 ਮਈ 1901 ਨੂੰ ਗੰਧਾਰਵ ਮਹਾਂਵਿਦਿਆਲਿਆ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਸਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਗਾਣੇ, ਵੰਦੇ ਮਾਤਰਮ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸਿਹਰਾ ਵੀ ਅੱਜ ਕੱਲ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

Pandit Vishnu Digambar Paluskar (18 August 1872 – 21 August 1931) was a Hindustani musician. He sang the original version of the bhajan Raghupati Raghava Raja Ram, and founded the Gandharva Mahavidyalaya on 5 May 1901. He is also credited with arranging India's national song, Vande Mātaram, as it is heard today.
