as
4(-5-a)(-5-b) = 76
(-5-a)(-5-b) = 19
now
-5-a = -1(5+a)
and
-5-b = -1(5+b)
this becomes
(5+a)(5+b)(-1 x -1) = 19
as -1 x -1 = +1
so it becomes
(5+a)(5+b) = 19

mahichhabra: well 3 becomes positive
sheikhnouman20: yes. I typed it wrong
mahichhabra: well hope you understood
mahichhabra: any other problems??
sheikhnouman20: so when its multiplication then i cant take -1common for both
mahichhabra: you can take one -1 outside from 1 bracket
sheikhnouman20: but -1 would become 1
sheikhnouman20: ok.
mahichhabra: so if there are two brackets the will cancel out each other in case of multiplication or divide
sheikhnouman20: i got that thanks
