=\frac{-4}{5}* \frac{3}{14} *\frac{15}{16} *\frac{-21}{9}\\

=-0.8*\frac{3}{14} *\frac{15}{16}* \frac{-21}{9}

=-0.8*0.214*\frac{15}{16} *\frac{-21}{9}

=-0.8*0.241*0.937*\frac{-21}{9}

=-0.8×0.241×0.937×-2.333

=0.42

Hence the answer is 0.42
