Your question ,

(4 +  \sqrt{5} )( \sqrt{3} </u><u>-</u><u> \sqrt{7} )

 = 4( \sqrt{3}  -  \sqrt{7} ) +  \sqrt{5} ( \sqrt{3}   -  \sqrt{7} )

 = 4 \sqrt{3}  - 4 \sqrt{7}  +  \sqrt{15}  -  \sqrt{35}
