Total weight of the apples = 5 kg
Weight of apples used on Monday
= 5×4/5 = 4 kg
Weight of apples left = 5-4 = 1 kg
Weight of apples used next day
= 1×1/3 = 1/3 kg
now,
Weight of apples left = 1-1/3
= 2/3
