The equation between P and V is :

P = kV \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: ...(k \: is \: a \: constant)

 \implies P {V}^{ - 1}  = k

 \implies P {V}^{ - 1}  = constant

 \implies P {V}^{ N}  = constant

Now, molar heat capacity for a general process is given as :

C = C_{V} + \dfrac{R}{1-N}

 \implies C = \dfrac{3R}{2} + \dfrac{R}{1-( - 1)}

 \implies C = \dfrac{3R}{2} + \dfrac{R}{2}

 \implies C = \dfrac{4R}{2}

 \implies C =2R

So, option 2) is correct ✔️
