4 / 5 tan^2 + 3 sin^2 60° =?

We know that,

tan60 ° = √3

Sin 60° = √3/2

So,

4/ 5 × 3 + 3 x 3 / 4

=> 12 / 5 + 9 / 4

=> (48 + 45 )/ 20

=> 93 / 20

=> 46.5

\large{ Hey \: there!  } \\  \\  \frac{4}{5} (  { \tan}^{2} 60) + 3(  { \sin }^{2} 60) \\  \\  =  \frac{4}{5} ( \sqrt{3} ) ^{2}  + 3( \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{2} ) ^{2}  \\  \\  =  \frac{4}{5} (3) + 3( \frac{3}{4} ) \\  =  \frac{12}{5}  +  \frac{9}{4}  \\  \\  =  \frac{12(4) + 9(5)}{20}  \\  \\  =  \frac{48 + 45}{20}  \\  \\  =  \frac{93}{20}

Hope helped!
