Hyy Dude

Given that 4.6 * 10^22 atoms of an element weight = 13.8gm.

Then the weight of 1 element = 13.8/4.6 * 10^22

                                                  = 3 /10^22

We know that the number of moles = number of atoms/6.02 * 10^23

                                                            = 3 * 6.02 * 10^23/10^22

                                                            = 180.6g

Hope this helps

  • Number of atoms (N) = 4.6×10²²
  • Weight of element (m) = 13.8g

\color{violet}\bullet\underline{\boxed{\sf No. \; of \: atoms(N)=Mole×N_A}}

{\sf N_A=Avogadro \: Number = 6.023×10^{23}}

\color{violet}\bullet\underline{\boxed{\sf Mole\:(n)=\dfrac{Mass}{Molecular \: Mass}}}

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

\color{darkblue}\underline{\underline{\sf Solution-}}

\implies{\sf No. \: of \: atoms = n×N_A }

\implies{\sf n=\dfrac{4.6×10^{22}}{6.023×10^{23}}}

\color{orange}\implies{\sf n=0.07}

\implies{\sf Mole (n)=\dfrac{Mass}{Molecular \: Mass} }

\implies{\sf 0.07=\dfrac{13.8}{M_w} }

\implies{\sf M_w=\dfrac{13.8}{0.07} }

\color{red}\implies{\sf  M_w=197.1\:g}

\color{darkblue}\underline{\underline{\sf Answer-}}

Atomic Mass of the element is \color{red}{\sf 197.1\:g}
