Then,

X = 4.777... (1)

Multiply equation (1) by 10.

10X = 47.777..... (2)

On subtracting (1) from (2) we get,

X = 4.777

10X = 47.777
______________

9X = 43

X = 43/9

Hence,

4.7 bar = 43/9 which is in the form of P/Q.
