Hey there!!

As this pattern explains, it is the squares of the prime numbers starting from 2.

4 = 2²

9 = 3²

25 = 5²

49 = 7²

The next prime numbers after 7 are 11, 13 , 17, 19

Hence, the next numbers in the sequence would be :

121 , 169 , 289 and 361.. ( it goes on)
