Hey friend,
Here is the answer you were looking for:
 {( \frac{4}{9} )}^{4}  \times  { (\frac{4}{9}) }^{ - 7}  =  {( \frac{4}{9}) }^{2x - 1}  \\  \\ as \: the \: bases \: are \: same \: then \: the \: powers \: are \: same \\  \\ 4 + ( - 7) = 2x - 1 \\  \\ 4 - 7 = 2x - 1 \\  \\  - 3 + 1 = 2x \\  \\  - 2 = 2x \\  \\  \frac{ - 2}{2}  = x \\  \\  - 1 = x \\  \\ x =  - 1

Hope this helps!!!

Thanks...

IF BASES ARE SAME THEN THE POWERS ARE ALSO SAME

SO ,

4+(-7) =   2x-1

4-7     =   2x-1

(-3)     =   2x-1

2x = (-1)-(-3)

    = (-1)+3

    =(-2)

∴ x = (-2/2)

     = (-1)

SO VALUE OF X IS (-1)

HOPE IT HELPS YOU

THANKYOU
