Given :
h0= 1cm
focal length =f = 7.5 cm =15/2 cm
hi= 0.6cm
m= - v/ u = hi/ho
m= -v/u = 0.6/ 1
- v/u = 0.6
-v = 0.6 u
1/f= 1/v+1/u
= - 1/0.6u +1/u = 1/f
= -5/3u + 1/u = 2/15
= -5-+3/3u= 2/15
= -2/3u = 2/15
3u= -15
u= -15/3
u=- 5cm
