4. A ball is thrown vertically upwards and follows a path given by h = at2 + c, where h is the height of the ball in metres and t is the time of fl ight in seconds. If the ball reached a height of 12 m and took 2 seconds to reach this height and another 2 seconds to reach the ground again, show that the rule for the flight path of the ball is h = −t2 + 16.
