4. A certain tap can fill a tank in 10 hours and
another tap can do so in 5 hours. The first tap is
opened and allowed to run for 2 hours. Then the
second tap is also opened. How long will it take
total time) for the tank to be filled?

The answer is (4:45) minutes,
So can anybody explain me please?
