(a) By keeping the paper at the focus of the convex lens and holding the convex lens in such a way that the sun is on one side and the paper on the other.

(b) The paper will burn.

(c) NO. It is because concave lens is a diverging lens.It will scatter all the light rays of the sun in different directions ....while a convex lens will converge it at a point...
