Hi, i have a answer for you.

It is given that a vendor supplies milk to a hostel both in the morning and in the evening.

In the morning 56 litres and 44 litres in the evening.

So, total milk he supplies in one day = milk in mirning + milk n evening

= (56 + 44) litres

= 100 L.

he vendor supplies 100 L of milk to the hostel in one day.

Cost of one litre of milk = Rs. 30.

So, cost of 100 L of milk = Rs. 30 X 100

= Rs. 3000.

The vendor earns Rs. 3000 in one day from the hostel..

Hope that helps. :)
