Let the radius of the inner track = r.

Circumference of inner track = 352.

2πr = 352

=> 2 * 22/7 * r = 352

=> 44/7 * r = 352

=> r = 56 m

Let the radius of the outer track = R.

Circumference of outer track = 396.

=> 2πR = 396

=> 2 * 22/7 * R = 396

=> 44R/7 = 396

=> R = 63 m

Thus,

Width of the track = 63 - 56 = 7 m.
