length of sheet 12 1/2 cm =25/2 cm

width of sheet 10 2/3cm = 32/3 cm

perimeter of rectangle is = 2(l+b)

= 2( 25/2 + 32/3)

= 2{( 25 x 3 + 32 x 2)/6}

=( 75+64)/3

= 139/3 cm
