Answer: a rocket start from rest

rest position is itn  stored potential energy

and they can start from  potential entergy to transform KE

then mass = 2000 kg

then velocity is  v

then third equation of motion

v^2  =u^2 + 2as

v^2 = 0 ^2 + 2 x 2000 kg  x 0

then  v^2 = 4000

KE = 1/2 x mx v^2

1/2  x 2000kg x  4000

1/2 x 2000 x 4000

4000000

KE= 4 x 10^6 joules

potential energy = work done against gravity

m x g x h

2000 kgh

then KE/PE

4 x 10^6/2 x 10^3

2000 h

the maximum height is 2000 h
