given 4a^2-14a+49

4a^2 is square root of 2a

14a=2 (2a)(7)

49 is square root of 7

so it applies (a-b)^2

(2a-7)^2

(2a-7)(2a-7)

so the value of a=7/2 ans plz mark it as brainlist
