1) We have to find the acceleration of the truck
So from the equation of motion S=ut+1/2 a×t^2
where u=0
S=1/2 a×t^2
a= 2×S/t^2
= 2×400/ 20×20
=2m/sec^2
2) Force acting on truck
So,from newton's 2nd law of motion
F = ma =7000×2 = 14000N = 14KN
