Given :- ∆ABC ~ ∆PQR

AB:PQ = 4:5

To Find = ar(∆ABC):ar(∆PQR)

Proof :-  \frac{ar(∆ABC ) }{ar(∆PQR)}  = \frac{ {AB}^{2} }{ {PQ}^{2} }

 =  \frac{ {(4)}^{2} }{ {(5)}^{2} }

 =  \frac{16}{25}

Hence, ar(∆ABC):ar(∆PQR) = 16:25

hope it helps ☺️
