Given

✭ Force = 100 N

✭ Mass = 500 kg

To Find

◈ Acceleration of the body?

Solution

Concept

We shall here use Newton's Second Law of Motion and substitute the given values to get our final value

━━━━━━━━━━

So we know that as per Newton

F = ma

◕ F = Force

◕ m = Mass

◕ a = Acceleration

Substituting the given values,

➝ F = ma

➝ 100 = 500 × a

➝ 100/500 = a

➝ 1/5 = a

➝ a = 0.2 m/s²

Know More

Newton's First Law :-

An object in rest remains in rest and an object in motion continues to be in motion untill and unless an external force is applied

Newton's Third Law :-

Every action has an equal and opposite reaction a d they act on two different bodies
