Subject : Complaint regarding the television set I purchased.
Respected Sir/Madam,
My consent is that I purchased a 21-inch Samsung LED TV from Modern Electronics last month, which at first, worked pretty well for me, but to my surprise all of a sudden it has stopped working properly with a lot of defects.
I first encountered the TV switching off itself without any electrical issues in the wiring, showing defects in its internal power supply. The display also flickers, and audio sometimes completely stops. So, I kindly request you to replace me this model with another better or well working television set. I am enclosing with this letter the filled out guarantee card for the television.
