Answer:

3 = 1x3

7 = 1x7

12 = 1x2*2x3

14 = 1x2x7

LCM of 3, 7, 12, 14 is,1x2x2x3x7 = 84(60+24)

so at (12.00pm + 60min + 24min) 1.24pm all four will ring together

11 : 24 AM

Step-by-step explanation:

QUESTION :-

4 bells ring at the interval of 3, 7, 12, 14 minute respectively. All the 4 bells rang together at 10 AM , when will they rang together again?

_____________________

SOLUTION :-

We have to find the LCM of 3, 7, 12, 14 [the LCM will be least time after they rang at same time]

LCM -

2 | 3, 7, 12, 14

3 | 3, 7, 6, 7

7 | 1, 7, 2, 7

1, 1, 2, 1

LCM = 2×3×7×1×1×2×1 = 84

So,

The 4 bells will ring after every 84 minutes (60 + 24 min.)

When they rang at 10 AM,

They will rang at 10 h + 60 m + 24 m

= 10 h + 1 h + 24 m

= 11 h + 24 m

= 11 : 24 AM

They will ring together again at 11 : 24 AM.
